Service Description

Thai Yoga is an ancient, healing type of bodywork. The recipient wears comfortable clothing and lies down or is seated on a soft, thick massage mat. The practitioner guides the person through a series of postures while massaging the muscles and along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. The result is a comprehensive full body treatment that balances the body energetically and leaves the person feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

If class is NOT canceled within 24hrs a $12 cancellation fee will be charged.
