Join me, for a relaxing and therapeutic mat class at The Yoga Place. With a focus on Christian Yoga, this class is perfect for those aged 55 and up, and includes therapeutic stretches, small weights, Yin postures as well as chair & pole yoga to promote strength and flexibility.
