Yoga has been a part of my life for over 19 years.
At first, it was all about the physical benefits of yoga.
But yoga is much more than physical, and it wasn’t until I completed my certification that I realized yoga is the connection between our mind, body and spirit.
This is where things really began to change for me, and where I learned I can truly help others.
I completed my 200-RYT Hatha certification in 2015. From there I began teaching in several local yoga studios while earning additional certifications in Thai Yoga and Aromatherapy.
My plans are to continue my training while helping others in our community.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
