Our goal as a studio is to bring authentic yoga teachings and practice to east Texas. Classes are taught in a noncompetitive style that encourages participants to explore their own unique practice. Postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation techniques are all learned and practiced.
We embrace function over form so all bodies may benefit from yoga practice. The science of yoga is explored through the relationship of the breath and the mind. The emphasis is that we come to know our own true nature so we may function joyfully and fearlessly in the world. We welcome all levels of practice from the those rehabilitating from injury, beginner & advanced yoga practitioner.
