At The Yoga Place we offer a variety of classes to support you on your yoga journey. An all levels mat class, gentle flow, yin, yin & yang, and senior chair class are offered weekly with our certified yoga teachers. Our classes are kept small for comfort and safety. Please note, pre-registration is required due to studio space. We also offer one-on-one private sessions which can include Thai Yoga, AuromaTouch Therapy, and Access Bars.
